Coaching
For high-performance operators with human visions.
Who this is for
You run something real: a company, a practice, a team. You hold yourself to a high standard and you intend to keep performing. And the vision pulling you forward is not only a number. It has people in it, including you.
That combination is demanding. The performance side wants more hours and harder decisions. The human side wants presence, relationships, and a life that is actually lived. Most operators quietly sacrifice one to the other. The coaching is for refusing that trade.
How I work
The work has two poles, and I hold both. One pole faces what is hard: the number you have not looked at, the conversation you are avoiding, the standard you have quietly lowered. The other pole is soft on the person while staying hard on the problem: attention, patience, and the difference between a problem and the feeling about the problem.
Sessions are working conversations, not curriculum. We work on what is real this week, in service of the vision that made you start. When a client is also building systems with Manor, the coaching carries the human side of that change; it also stands entirely on its own.

Working together
It starts with a conversation, and the conversation is free. Either of us can say no.
I take a small number of coaching engagements, most of them by referral.
If someone sent you, mention who. It helps me place the context.
