I teach management through real situations, discussion and work students can use. The classroom gets the same material my clients get: real organizations, real diagnosis, students presenting to a decision-maker.
Coaching
My coaching practice is Lead Paramount. I coach high-performance operators with human visions, one working relationship at a time. I take a small number of these engagements, usually by referral.
